- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- During high-demand periods (such as new drops or sales), processing times may take longer.
Shipping & Delivery Estimates
- Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 7–10 business days after processing.
- In some cases, depending on demand, inventory, or carrier delays, orders may take up to 3–4 weeks to arrive.
- Expedited shipping options (if available) will be shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Addresses
- Please double-check your shipping address before checkout.
- K’otic is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, K’otic is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
